by the approval of Chinese Customs. The extension shall not exceed 1 year.

For unsold goods, we suggest suppliers to run a promotion in the Promotion webpage on VeneerMall. Suppliers can also

choose one of the following ways to deal with:

a. For goods are not sold for more than one year, V.M can provide free ads space on the website for suppliers,

and this should be applied by the suppliers.

b. Suppliers can strengthen the promotion, or recommend customers to inspect in the bonded warehouse.

c. Goods can be recombined and then sold again on the VeneerMall.
