A：V.M will manage all the goods in V.M bonded warehouse, and will buy insurance for them;

     Veneer management is operated by professional veneer teams, and they will guarantee the warehousing, inspection and packaging;

     Product information on VeneerMall is managed by suppliers. All the information should be verified by V.M and then published;

    When the transaction is made successfully , V.M will finish the following procedure (such as warehouse-out operation,

   customs clearance and transportation etc.);

   Two parties make financial settlement according to the agreement after all the operations are completed.
